To ensure the best possible outcomes, we require prospective patients to participate in a structured mental health care program under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. Patients must provide a current psychological evaluation and evidence that they meet the criteria for one of our advanced psychiatric treatments.
Before being considered for treatment, referred patients must have previously attempted and failed appropriate medical therapies for their diagnosed condition. For those without a mental health care provider, we can refer them to a qualified professional in the area.

Our Experience and Expertise
Dr. Garwin has over 40 years of clinical experience working with patients and physicians as an anesthesiologist. He works with the medications used in Stellate Ganglion Block and IV Drug Infusion Therapy on a daily basis. This makes him uniquely suited to run a clinic devoted to the administration of these procedures for the relief of PTSD and Treatment-Resistant Depression. In addition to our experienced physician, our nursing staff is extremely caring and competent and boasts over 20 years of working experience with patients.
